We are currently collaborating with Seymour Osman Community Center and NH Charitable Foundation to teach a world language to children. Our new pilot program has allowed twenty-six students to attend a 15-week free Spanish language game-based program created specifically for the elementary age group. The kids are learning Spanish on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The Seymour Osman Community Center runs their daily after-school programs through Woodman Park Elementary School in Dover, NH. We are grateful to be partnering with them as we share similar goals, especially in regard to accessibility. Children having access to world languages has always been our top priority. We want all kids to have this opportunity.
One World founder, Brigitte Herz, says, “We have always provided affordable language and cultural education to all children regardless of their socio-economic circumstances, and pride ourselves on having never turned anyone away. This innovative community outreach project promotes accessibility to programs by creating free classes for disadvantaged students.”
This partnership would not have been successful without the generous funding from the NH Charitable Foundation. With their help we are able to link well-being and social mobility for underserved populations.

We would be thrilled to create a similar program in your community. One World language teachers underwent sensitivity training to work with this demographic of students.
